"Took way longer than promised"
They said it would be done by a certain time, and then I just kept waiting... and waiting. i was trying to be patient, but then—anyway, it ended up taking way longer than they told me. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’d use them again.

I ordered from Make Me Royal USA and honestly... the frame was the letdown. It just looked cheap right away. The corners weren’t lined up properly, and there was this small gap on one side that I couldn’t stop noticing.
The print itself was okay. Not amazing, not terrible. But once it was in that frame and up on the wall, the whole thing looked off. Kind of flimsy too. Light in a bad way. Not what I expected for what I paid.
I probably wouldn’t order anything framed from them again. Maybe the unframed prints are fine, I don’t know. But the frame quality? Not worth it for me.

"Price is fine, but I expected a little more"
It’s not a bad deal, honestly. The price is okay for what you get, and I’m not trying to say it’s terrible or anything. I just thought it would feel a bit more worth it overall. Decent value, but not exactly amazing.

"Wouldn’t buy this as a gift again"
I bought this hoping it would work as a simple gift, but it looked cheap and gave off a very last-minute vibe. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive and got annoying fast. Overall, not something I’d feel good about giving to someone.

My order took forever to show up, and the worst part was I never really knew what was supposed to happen next. The updates were vague, so I was just sitting around wondering if it had shipped, if it was delayed, or if I needed to do something...

"Hard to get straight answers"
I kept asking simple questions, but the responses were confusing or only half answered. It felt like no one was really reading what I wrote, because I had to repeat myself over and over. After I paid, I started feeling even more unsure and a bit distrustful because getting clear answers suddenly seemed harder than it should’ve been. Overall, it was frustrating and not a smooth experience

"Proofing Was Such a Headache"
The whole proofing process was frustrating. I sent revisions back, but they Still came through with mistakes, which made it feel like I had to keep double-checking Everything myself

"Packaging could’ve been better"
The box showed up crushed and it looked like it was barely taped shut. Maybe it was just a shipping issue, but it didn’t leave a great impression. I’m probably not going to order again.

"It took days to get a reply, and..."
It took days to get a reply, and I had to send follow-up emails just to get any update. They did answer in the end, but it was frustrating and made the whole experience feel more annoying than it needed to be.

"Still waiting on an actual fix"
I reached out to support about an issue I was having, and it felt like I was just being forced to be patient for no reason. The replies took forever, and when they did come, they didn’t really move anything forward. I kept explaining the same problem and somehow ended up right back where I started. The issue still isn’t fixed, so yeah, frustrating experience.

"It worked, but the ordering process could be better"
I ordered from makemeroyalusa.com and, to be fair, the order did go through. But the whole process wasn’t as smooth as I expected. A few parts felt confusing, and I found myself wondering if I had done everything right. I did get the confirmation email eventually, but it took longer than I would’ve liked, which was a little frustrating. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience, but I wouldn’t call it great either. I might order again, but only if they make the checkout process easier...

"Am I missing something about the artwork quality?"
I’m wondering if I’m missing something, because the artwork I received looked disappointing. The colors seemed off compared to the preview, and the details felt rough instead of clean or finished. For the price, I expected it to look a lot more polished. Maybe other people had a better experience, but mine kind of looked rushed, and I was bummed when I opened it.

"Likeness just wasn’t there"
I was let down when I opened it. The photo I sent had such a specific look, but the face shape, eyes, and smile all felt off, like it could’ve been almost anyone instead of the actual person.
What bothered me most was that it didn’t feel personal at all. I didn’t want to feel like I’d have to beg for it to actually resemble the person, and that left me kind of resentful. Maybe other people had better luck, but mine just didn’t look right

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The print came out blurry, and the colors were way off from the file I sent in. It just looked cheap overall, which was really disappointing. I definitely regret buying this and wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve the quality.

"Bad first impression with the customization"
This gave me a bad first impression. I was expecting way more options to make it feel personal, but the customization felt really limited. I kept wanting to tweak little details and just couldn’t. For something that’s supposed to be personalized, it was kind of a letdown.
